I want to thank Diehl's for a wonderful experience with my recent floral purchase. I don't typically write reviews, but I was so impressed that wanted to be sure to post a write up. I am not local and needed to purchase an arrangement for a memorial service in Columbia, IL. It was for the father of a close friend and I wanted to be sure to send something nice. Their staff could not have been more kind. I explained the situation and provided a few things that I liked and didn't like. I asked if they had anything they could add to the arrangement in relation to the fire department as the service was for a retired fire fighter. There wasn't anything on hand, but they offered to go buy a small fire truck to include in the arrangement. I call that going above and beyond! The finished arrangement was fantastic and they texted me a photo when it was ready. I received a ton of comments from people attending the wake about how much they liked the arrangement. It was even more beautiful in person than the photo they sent. I would highly recommend using Diehl's for your floral needs.

I do not live locally and have been disappointed by other florists not delivering what I ordered. Diehl's did not disappoint! The arrangement was gorgeous and gave my 80 yr old mother much joy! The staff was kind and very helpful. Will order all my flowers from them in the future.
