A few days ago we bought 2008 Ford mustang convertible and can't be happier with the purchase and services received. Great car at great price and terrific staff. Thank you.

Stopped in to pick up a dealer only part, took a little longer than I expected but painless nevertheless.

Where do I begin. This dealership is a absolute joke. I have had numerous terrible experiences there. #1 I took my 2012 ram 1500 in for a oil change = broken grill during oil change caused by careless mechanic. Accused it of being that way when I brought it in they had to review the security footage before admitting to it being there fault not to mention the oil all over my hood / door panel and steering wheel. ( no apology). #2 took my 2012 ram 1500 in for a transmission fluid and filter change ( was very specific I wanted the filters changed also). Flash forward one week later I called checking on the status of the truck they said they were waiting on the new filters for the trans so I took it upon my self to call the parts dept as soon as I got off the phone and the parts dept said They have the filters in stock. I figured they were stalling. 2 days later I pick the truck up and the invoice says changed trans fluid and filters... Climbed under the truck the transmission pan was never taken off no filters were changed. They said oh we're sorry our technician must have made a mistake. Brought it back up there again. For the filters to be changed... Pick up the truck trans pan never came off.... Furious I left told them I would never be back... They said we will have the service manager call you shocker he never called so I called him he said sir how do you know we haven't done the repairs I said because I'm a mechanic and the only reason I brought it here is so that it's on record due to being under warranty. He says he will look into it. Calls me back sir I spoke to the mechanic he says he 100 percent knows he changed the filters. So I said ok no problem forget it. I called corporate they wanted me to take it to another dealership and have them verify the filters were not changed. I took it to Oliver c Joseph in Belleville il they were happy to look for me so they put it on a lift and gave me a copy of the invoice that they sent to ram detailing how the trans pan was never removed and the silicone holding the trans pan on is clearly original and un Disturbed. After ram contacted Royal gate the service manager agreed to come pick the truck up from my job and personally go in the shop with it and watch the mechanic remove the pan and take pictures... Well guess what the pictures proved the pan had the original sealant and they had never done the job I payed $250 for. The outcome ended in me getting a full refund and a extended power train warranty from ram. Ram took care of me. #3 more recently I stupidly decided to go back there to purchase another vehicle from a salesman who was a friend of mine who had just gotten a job there 4 months prior. Bought the truck went back to the dealership to retrieve my spare key I never got and the service advisor told me he would go off "my word" and that if he found out I was being un truthful that he would send me a bill for making a key ( keep in mind I had already spoken to the sales manager the day before and he said come up and we will make you a new key but he never relayed the message to the service dept) so I finally got a spare key made after being made out to be a liar due to the complete lack of communication at Royal gate once again. Oh and by the way they fired my friend the salesman even though he was number one in sales the entire time he was there They fired him because he had to take time off due to his child having serious medical issues and being in the hospital. it's a shame that a dealership like this is still accepted by manufacturers to operate. I am not the only one who has had this happen to them and it's sad and pathetic. I know this is a long story but I'm trying to save someone the headache of going through what I did..... DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.... All In all These extra trips put a over 100 unneeded miles on my truck from driving back and forth.

Started coming here after seriously unsatisfactory service at the Belleville dealership, with my old Chrysler minivan. Driving past the old one and 30 min to Columbia was the best thing ever. The auto service department takes care to keep you informed and only does only work that you need. Even bought a new car, my first one ever, from them. When it needed service for a recall, THEY called me to schedule the service, then had me in and out inside 30 min. Additionally, the salesman who sold me the car, Brandon, called me a week later, to make sure I was taken care of by the team. Excellent service is practically an understatement.

I previously went online and found the vehicle I was interested in. Once I got there it didn't take long to locate it and I wasn't out of my car for more than 10 seconds when a salesman approached me ( Chris Dohm). Very professional and was able to help me with what I wanted right away. I was in and out of there in less than 2 1/2 hours and am very pleased with my experience there and would recommend Royal Gate to anyone!
